Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Rouges. If something doesn’t work out, we’ve made the return process clear, fair, and easy to follow.


1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no explanation required.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us
    Email support@rougesfashion.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. Return the item
    Please return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
    All items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  1. Return shipping
    Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  2. Refunds
    After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fairness and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

  • Bodysuits or garments with direct contact to intimate areas

  • Used accessories (bags, belts, etc.) returned without original tags or packaging

  • Matching sets must be returned complete — partial returns are not accepted


4. What Is Not Considered a Quality Defect

We always strive for high product quality, but the following are not considered valid reasons for a return or refund:

  • Loose threads, raw hems, or minor fabric irregularities

  • Differences in colour due to screen brightness or settings

  • Size-related issues (please consult our Size Guide before ordering)

  • General dissatisfaction with style or colour preference

  • Damage caused by improper washing, use, or alteration


5. Claims for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to file a claim under consumer protection law.

Claim Process:

  1. Email us at support@rougesfashion.com
    Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a clear description.

  2. Return the item (if requested)
    We may ask you to send the item back.
    Return shipping for approved claims will be reimbursed.

  3. Resolution
    If your claim is accepted, we will either:

  • Repair the item

  • Send a replacement

  • Issue a full refund

Claim validity:
You have up to 3 years from the date of delivery to make a claim.
Claims made within 2 months of discovering the issue are always considered timely.
