If your clearance item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@rougesfashion.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll happily assist with a replacement or store credit to ensure your satisfaction.
14-DAY RETURN POLICY
For all non-clearance items, we offer a 14-day return window. To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags still attached
If these conditions are met, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
To begin the return process, email support@rougesfashion.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
